The AccessAlly Products/Payments feature allows you to create products & offers from inside your membership site.
These products may be set up as single-purchases or as a subscription model (with recurring payments).

Is the E-Commerce Feature a Good Fit For Your Membership Site?
The AccessAlly e-commerce feature is a powerful, extremely convenient tool that includes the following features:
- One-time product purchases, payment plans, and subscription payment options
- Coupons & discounts
- Integration with AccessAlly’s affiliate link tracking feature
- 1-click upsell capabilities
- Order “toggles” so you can offer payment plans or multiple currencies
- Order “bumps” so you can offer an upsell on the order form itself
- 1-click purchases, so logged-in members don’t need to re-enter their payment info
In addition to the features listed above, the e-commerce feature also comes with its own management option inside the AccessAlly interface.
Please note: if you are an Ontraport or Infusionsoft user, you can still choose to integrate with your CRM system’s e-commerce feature, if you prefer.
However, AccessAlly does NOT currently offer a shopping cart experience. If that is important to your business model, you may wish to use a separate system, such as WooCommerce.
Step 1: Integrate the Payment Process with Your CRM
AccessAlly requires additional configuration to link the payment process with your CRM platform. This is extremely important.
AccessAlly General Settings > Payment > CRM Integration.
Here, you’ll see a list of options available with Ontraport, including the ability to sync AccessAlly’s commerce system with Ontraport’s (not necessary, but available if you prefer).
There is no additional configuration required for Active Campaign.
You can use either PayPal or Stripe to do recurring subscription payments.
Step 2: Create Your Products & Offers
AccessAlly’s order forms use a flexible building-block setup.
In the example below, you can see how products can be sold singly or grouped together within an Offer:
An Offer is made up of one or more Products, and will have its own Order Form. Follow the next two tutorials to set up each:

To add your order forms to a page, just use the AccessAlly shortcode adder!

Step 3: Additional Order Form Possibilities

AccessAlly Subscriptions are possible when you’re integrated with Stripe. In an ideal world, when someone signs up for a subscription purchase, they simply receive recurring charges on their credit card to stay “active”.
However, there are a few situations where you might need some additional admin capabilities to manually pause, renew, cancel, or offer free “credits” for subscriptions.

Refunds and cancellations are an inevitable part of running an online business. If you are using AccessAlly’s order forms, you can refund orders from directly inside your membership site.

With AccessAlly products, you can set up a page so that your clients can update their own credit card info.
