AccessAlly Managed allows AccessAlly to work directly with the contacts inside your site without the need for an integrated CRM system.
AccessAlly Managed sends transactional emails. When selecting this option you will need a CRM system to send marketing emails to contacts on your email list.

Webhooks sent via API are not able to be connected to AccessAlly Managed contacts as webhooks from other 3rd party tools do not communicate contact details like name and email address to AccessAlly.
We recommend using AccessAlly opt-in forms and AccessAlly order forms as the starting point for new contacts that are added to your AccessAlly offerings. From there you can use our Zapier integration to send information to 3rd party tools.
