The My Orders and Subscriptions page shows your members orders placed, next payment due dates, credit card update (for Stripe), and where to download invoices for orders placed. This is a Key Page created for you when installing the AccessAlly plugin.

1. How This Page Works
This page uses two shortcodes designed for use with AccessAlly Order Forms.

→ Displays one-time orders.[accessally_list_subscription]
→ Displays recurring subscriptions.
2. My Orders Shortcode
In this section of the page orders show as they are placed by your members. The orders shown here, use the Order ID number which admins view from AccessAlly → Sales → Orders.
Customers will see:
- Order ID number
- Order form description
- Date of order
- Total
- Status of Order
- View Invoice – to see a receipt and download for record-keeping purposes

3. My Subscriptions Shortcode
Customers will see all payment plan and recurring payments. This subscriptions shown here use the Subscription ID number which admins view from AccessAlly → Sales → Subscriptions.
Customers will see:
- Subscription ID number
- Description
- Start Date
- Next Payment Date
- Amount of recurring payment
- Credit card ending in (last 4 digits)
- Payment Amount
- Balance due
- Status
- View Invoice – to view invoices and download for record-keeping purposes
- Update card button – shown for Stripe payment to update credit card
- Show past payments checkbox – to show each individual payment and invoice

4. Invoice View
When customers click the “View Invoice” button, a preview of their receipt appears. This offers an option to print the invoice, invoices can also be downloaded to their computer.
