Updating multiple users at the same time
Here is what you can do to avoid users not being tagged in WordPress when you do a timed-release automaton in the future:
Step 1. Setup a “batch sync” webhook
Batch Sync does not generate passwords, it simply updates tags, fields, etc. Use Batch Sync when you have more than 30 contacts to process at the same time.
For more information on how this process works see this tutorial.
Step 2. Manually update your users
The most failsafe solution is just to manually trigger an update after the tag has been added. You’ll do this via your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to AccessAlly > Permissions > Update Users.
You’re migrating from another plugin and need to bulk create multiple users:
For bulk user creation, use the “User Migration Wizard” plugin to import a CVS from your CRM.
When you’re migrating numerous users to AccessAlly, it’s best to use the User Migration plugin. This plugin must be downloaded separately inside the membership site. You can find an in-depth tutorial on how the plugin works here: AccessAlly User Migration.
