If you’re trying to update multiple users on AccessAlly, but they haven’t been updated, the likely reason they haven’t been updated in WordPress after a timed-release automation is that most servers don’t deal well with “timed” releases (i.e. a bunch of users getting the tag at the exact same time).

Updating multiple users at the same time
Here is what you can do to avoid users not being tagged in WordPress when you do a timed-release automaton in the future:
Step 1. Setup a “batch sync” webhook
Batch Sync does not generate passwords, it simply updates tags, fields, etc. Use Batch Sync when you have more than 30 contacts to process at the same time.
For more information on how this process works see this tutorial.
Step 2. Manually update your users
The most failsafe solution is just to manually trigger an update after the tag has been added. You’ll do this via your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to AccessAlly > Permissions > Update Users.
