Important! Trying to Migrate Payments from CustomerHub?
When you’re moving to AccessAlly order forms from a different payment system it’s not possible to migrate payment information or migrate payment plans. We currently have a feature request for this functionality.
We’re sharing four of our favorite tips to help you transition your payments from your current system to AccessAlly order forms while creating an amazing experience for everyone!
Step 1: Port Your Content Over
First, make sure you port your existing content from your CustomerHub site into your new WordPress site with AccessAlly installed on it.
Upload any videos, etc., and use the Course Wizard to make sure your existing permission tags from CustomerHub/Infusionsoft are applied to the right courses to make sure that all the access stays the same.

Once your courses are all created and set up properly inside your new AccessAlly site, it’s time to port over your existing members.
Step 2: The User Migration Tool
Finally, it’s time to take advantage of AccessAlly’s easy user-migration wizard to port your users over to your AccessAlly site.

Once the users are all migrated with their proper permission tags, do a final check to make sure everything is working properly.
You may wish to send out an email with new login details to your users so they know how to access your membership material.
