Once your team is configured, please take time to test teams setup on AccessAlly to ensure that all the steps run together properly.

How To Test Your Teams Setup

Step 1: Place An Order

Create a test user by running through the order form process you have in place to create your teams.

Please do this with a new email that does not already exist in your system.

If the order form is configured properly, your new email address will be recorded in the CRM, along with any team leader tags you configured.

Step 2: Access Team Leader Page With Test User

When your order form process and tags are configured properly, the team leader page should appear similar to this for your test user:
