How to Clone an Offering

Go to: AccessAlly > Offerings > Find the offering you want to clone > Click on the clone icon.

2. Name your new offering and click Clone

What Happens When You Clone an Offering?

1. 1. The content is duplicated. Once you click save, it moves from Duplicate to Published.
   2. The page names are cloned with your new offering name. You can rename the Module titles to match your new offering title.
   3. The page permission tags for all pages in your offering will contain both the new tag names & existing page tags from the original offering – you can review and delete past offering tags from each page (if you’d like.)
   4. ProgressAlly options are duplicated
   5. CommunityAlly Groups are duplicated
   6. Directories are duplicated
   7. Default Offering Icon – is duplicated, but will need to be renamed if using built-in AccessAlly icons as the name will show the original Offering name.
   8. Forms Tab items are duplicated
   9. Content Tab items are duplicated

1. The Forms are duplicated, including the offers and automation from the original form(s).
2. The Settings are duplicated. A new WordPress menu is created.
3. The Permissions are duplicated. New tags are created with the new offering name.
