Can I change my linked Stripe Account?

When using Stripe Connect on your AccessAlly site, it’s important to request a migration of your customers & their payment details to your new Stripe account.

This ensures that all past purchases (and recurring subscriptions) continue to process on your new Stripe account – without interruption.

Stripe Migration

Reach out to Stripe and ask if they can migrate over all of the customers and their payment details to your new account. This allows everything payment related from your previous Stripe account to be placed into your new one.

This is important if you have recurring subscriptions so that they will continue to process in your new Stripe account.

AccessAlly Order Forms

If you are unable to have Stripe migrate existing customers and their payment details to your new Stripe account – another option would be to have all existing customers with recurring subscriptions fill out an AccessAlly order form so that those recurring plans will be placed inside your new Stripe account.
