Payment Due
If a member has a payment due, there are no actions for you to take. This will happen behind the scenes and is a 3 day process.

There are no actions you need to take for members with a Payment Due. This process happens automatically behind the scenes.

What Your Member Sees
When a member with a payment due visits the My Orders & Subscriptions page – this is what they see. They can update their card & charge their outstanding balance.

What Happens Next?
After the three day window, if a payment is successfully collected – the member is all set! If the payment is not successfully collected, they’ll move into the payment failed process.
