We recommend a CRM integration if you would like to send tag based emails. This workflow is often used for items like sending emails based on progress, quiz result emails, and sending visit the website reminder emails.
Are CRM activated coupon codes available in AccessAlly Managed?
CRM activated coupon codes are available for CRM integrated sites only.
Are failed payment reminders available in AccessAlly Managed?
With AccessAlly Managed a single failed payment reminder email is sent out and you’ll need to remove access manually if a payment is not made in your desired timeline.

There are some key differences between how a CRM system uses AccessAlly and how AccessAlly Managed does.
“Tags” are an important consideration with CRM integrated sites. Tags move people into CRM automations, webhooks relay this data back to AccessAlly.
“Offerings” are used in AccessAlly Managed.
A free opt-in form or order form starts a user in an Offering.
