Do you need to run multiple Custom Operations simultaneously after a client makes a purchase through an order form? This tutorial will walk you through the simple setup to make it happen.

Example Use Scenario:
You are selling a Team license, and would like the following custom operations to be run simultaneously when an order is placed:
- Create the Team Leader
- Add credits to their account

Step 1: Set up the Custom Operations You Want to Run
If you haven’t yet, set up the Custom Operations that you wish to run (Adding credits, creating team leader, etc.). Not sure how? Refer to our Guide to Custom Operations
Step 2: Create New Custom Operation
Go to AccessAlly > Custom Operations > Add New Operation
Under “Choose what this operation will do” dropdown, select Run a series of custom operations.
Step 3: Assign The Operations You Want To Be Run
Now, under the “Run the following custom operations” section, you can select the Custom Operations that you set up in Step 1.
Simply select each one from the dropdown, then click the “Add Custom Operation” button to add it to the list.
When you’ve selected all that you want run simultaneously, save your changes.
Step 4: Trigger the Operation From An Order Form
Finally, set up your order form as outlined in this tutorial, making sure to designate the correct Custom Operation (set up in steps 3 & 4) in the Automations tab.
