Step 1: Select “ActiveCampaign” in the AccessAlly Settings
Step 2: Retrieve Integration Fields From ActiveCampaign
In order for the integration to work, you must retrieve the API URL and Key from your ActiveCampaign account.
To do this, log into your ActiveCampaign Account, then go to: My Settings > Developer > API Settings.
Now, simply copy and past the URL and Key, then paste them into their respective fields in the AccessAlly settings.
Step 3: Create A Custom Field In ActiveCampaign For Your Passwords
The last thing you’ll need to do is to create a custom field inside ActiveCampaign. This field will store your users’ passwords that they use to log into the membership site.
Inside your ActiveCampaign account, go to Lists > Manage Fields > New Custom Field.
The type of this custom field will be text input, and you can name it whatever you want. An easy name to remember is accessally_password. Then, click Add to save this custom field.
Step 4: Designate The Password Field In AccessAlly
If you haven’t yet, select Save Changes in AccessAlly. This will refresh the page and allow you to select the newly-created password field from ActiveCampaign.
Hit Save Changes once more, and your ActiveCampaign account is now integrated with AccessAlly. You’re ready to set up your first membership course!
