Exit intent popups do NOT work on a mobile device.
This is because exit intent popups are triggered when the cursor is outside the page content. This type of popup is NOT available for mobile device as a cursor is not used to navigate the page.
You may choose another type of popup if you want to use it for both desktop and mobile device or create a duplicate of the same popup, and set the mobile version to another type of popup trigger.
